The 2020 edition of « One Health » brought together more than 2,200 attendees from more than 35 countries (stakeholders in the agri / agro sectors, health professionals, food trades, scientists, etc.)
These days of transmission and sharing of knowledge will be focus on the One Health subject and measurable link between the health of soil, animal, plants and people, explaining:
◈ the scientific links between the nutrients in our diet and the resistance mechanisms of our body (immunity, inflammation) against virus.
◈ the arrival of these nutrients on our plates throughout the food chain with their measurable collateral effects on the ecosystem’s health and the social aspects
◈ the positive and measured collateral impacts on the health and well-being of animals, the climate and the economy of our ecosystems
